Overview
The Ergatta experience is a all about gamified, social fitness tracked by personal and community leaderboards that are drawn from a variety of rowing games.
The key to driving consistent engagement is making games that are not only fun to play, but amazing to feel— encouraging players keep their routine and beat top scores.
Challenge
The challenge lies in finding a balance of kinetic feedback, spatial understanding, progress, and amplifying key milestones to consistently reinforce an integrated workout routine.

Faster isn't better
A tiered UI encourages players to row at specific frequencies at different times to achieve a balanced workout.
Players need to maintain a specific row frequency to achieve their target goals.
In other modes, players encouraged to follow a natural path to maintain a sustained frequency throughout their workout.

Establishing spatial permanence
Since rowing takes place on a theoretical course, players are provided an initial perspective to establish the their position vs the finish line.
Each course or challenge has a set course that requires a certain combination of rowing frequencies to succeed at.
